How to Book

Personal Booking

If you wish you can book by email or by phone: +44 (0)1704 889438.
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per week is required to secure the booking and the balance is then due 5 weeks prior to the first day of your holiday.  If the booking is less than 5 weeks away then the full payment is required on booking.
Payment for telephone/email bookings can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings carry a £50.00 deposit to secure the reservation and is payable at the time of booking and is non-returnable

The balance is due five weeks before the first day of the holiday

Where a booking is made less than five weeks before arrival, the full rental is payable at the time of booking and no refund will be given if the booking is subsequently cancelled.   (We strongly recommend that you have insurance cover for peace of mind).

Good care should be taken of the property and contents, and it should be left clean and tidy as you will find it.
All damages and breakages are the holidaymakers responsibility, and the cost shall be payable on demand.

Cottages can be accessed from 3.00pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 11.00am on departure day.
No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury, howsoever caused, which may be sustained during the holiday, to any member of the party or invited person, to any car, its contents or any other possession of the party or their guests.

All bed linen towels and tea towels are provided free of charge.

No pets are allowed and smoking inside the holiday let is prohibited.

All prices are fully inclusive of all taxes and fuel costs.  There are no electricity meters to be fed

 ACCESS STATEMENT

Our elegant purpose built 4 star accommodation has easy access with a large, well lit entrance hallway onto laminate flooring, the holiday let has wheelchair access and the ground floor of the home is accessible for wheelchair users, there is a luxurious king size double room with en-suite and a well appointed twin room to the ground floor, with a spacious dining area, kitchen and lounge, although it is not fully compliant with disablement requirements, guests are welcome to inspect the property to access suitability to their personal needs.  There is a further two additional king sized bedrooms and main shower room to the first floor
